Wonder if any of them brought up the TD to Edelman that should have been called back on the Wake hold? No? hmmmmm

Glad you brought that up. I thought it was just me. There seemed to be a lot of holding by their line about the time we started to get real pressure on Brady. It's shocking that it wasn't called.

I just read through some of the pats post game thread and it was actually pretty reasonable from most of their fans outside of the typ. homers. I hate them, but I give them all the respect in the world and the way they are able to adapt. They are decimated by injuries and they still manage to win the division. If we couldn't beat the Pats B team yesterday then I would have been really upset with our progress. Heck they still almost beat us. QB and coaching is 75% of the game these days.

As has already been pointed out, they didn't have nearly as many injuries as we had.

I think that's hugely disrespectful to us tbh. This was not their 'B' team, and we were far from full strength ourselves.

If both teams are at full strength, who wins? Lets get real. We barely beat their scrubs.

You are right, it was probably closer to their Practice Squad.

If we were at full strength then your argument might hold water. But we are not, thus making you sound handicapped. Quit while you're not too far behind.

Sedition = treason. Too bad only the mods can order a firing squad.

That's a difficult question. With Gronk NE is much more potent, but how potent would Miami be with Dustin Keller all year? If you consider both games together I think we need to start thinking these teams are a lot closer than people think on first glance.

IHS - Irrational Homer Syndrome. Nobody is at full strength at this point in the season, however the Patsies have been decimated far worse than we have been and they still almost beat us.

Good question. They would have Wilfork, Mayo, their two rookie WR and Gronk. We would have Keller, Gibson, Carroll, Grimes, a healthy Jamar Taylor, Soliai (who only played 9 snaps) and Armon Binns...oh and how about a fully healthy Cameron Wake (who I still don't think is 100%). Would be interesting to say the least.

We are definitely getting better, but they will be much better next year as well. .

Pats OL was a mess as well. They also claimed that Talib and Dennard aren't 100%. We are going in the right direction, but they are the team to beat next year in the east.

Their scrubs eh? I didn't realize Brady, Amendola, Edelman, Vereen, and Ridley were all scrubs. Seemed like they had some talent out there to me... And the practice squad comment makes you sound like a bitter Pats fan. They had some key injuries, but gimme a break.

Thanks for making my point. You are going to have a hard time scoring points if that is what you have to work with on O especially behind a banged up OL where your G is playing LT.
