Boston to 49ers?

I've heard it repeated and repeated in this board, but there is nothing on NFL.com or on Pro Football Weekly, or ESPN or anywhere, so I do believe that it might not be truth

There's a little blurb on the 49ers website about Coach Nolan having a productive meeting with Boston. But it's not very committal.
