Everyone can stop talking about trading Ricky this season because its NOT going to happen. The trade deadline is like week 6 of the season. Now Ricky would only be able to play 1 game before the trade deadline, mainly because he is suspended for the first four, then we have a bye. This leaves only one regular season game for NFL teams to determine whether or not to take a risk. So the bottom line is Ricky Williams will be in a Dolphins uniform for the entire season.

or he kills him self probally more likely but i prefer he just plays for miami and plays good hell id keep him for as many years as he wanted to play.
 
Wouldn't it make more sense to trade him before he reneg.'s his contract? A base vet min. salary would consitiute only a minor 'trading under contract' cap penalty.
 
did't your last thread that started out this way get moved to the smack forum? Mmmm, looking for a 2 parter?
 
I think it would be wise to keep Ricky this season. I think he is going to help this football team greatly after he serves his suspenion. He isn't going to embarrass himself in his comeback. If he didn't think he couldn't run people over, he wouldn't have returned knowing he has to face EVERYONE!
 
We cant trade him of course unless he runs superbly in pre-season and the teams look like they want to take a chance week 6 when he comes back. Which i dont think will happen. I dont really like what he did to the team, so having him here is not comfortable for me, but i will go along with it if fellow fans and the Phins themselves can forgive Ricky, though i personally never will.
