Hear me out.First let me say as I always say I will never abandon the dolphins.I have said and will always say I love them if they go 16-0 or 0-16.That being said for a decade we have not seen the owner and FO build anything here that is competitive.When a company presents a product to you and it is lousy you don't buy it.When you stop a companies positive cash flow they listen they have to.If you don't go to games and stop buying anything with the logo on it and if you go to a game and wear a bag on your head you show that you are tired of mediocrity.This is the first year I have not gone to a dolphins game.That's my hard earned money and I expect better than this i watch them on tv or listen to them on the radio.Some how we have to let them know as fans we deserve better.Now you can bash me.But iam past
being disgusted and thats my 2 cents worth.

I haven't bought anything Dolphins related in years. I have cancelled my Sunday ticket for next year and I haven't traveled for a game to waste my money in 4 years now. I have no plans on wasting my money on this team
 
depending on who they hire as coach as much as I hate to say this I might have to consider finding a new team.
 
I'm going to the game in San Diego with my brother and I can't wait! I love them Dolphins. Win or lose. Not sure what you want them to "listen to" from us as fans. We can't even agree on this board. Ross hasn't been a penny pincher it just hasn't come together and there's definitely still a lot of questions But it's the NFL and things change fast. We are looking at key games with the Vikings, Cards, Panthers, Raiders, Jets etc. Teams that weren't good recently. Closest thing you will get as a boycott from me is not being crushed if we lose because it will help us get a higher draft pick.

Hey you guys can always let them move out here to LA! We will take them!!
 
I won't say ross has not put money into this team.But he always picks the wrong people to run things.Thats a fact. But if you keep doing the same thing and its not working and you expect different results you find yourself stuck in a losing mode.And as far as loving the dolphins I love them as much as anybody here.But I don't want them to leave and go out west to you guys.But you are right about us not being able to agree on a lot of things here.

I dont respect Ross for the money he put into the team because basically all owners do this. Its about his idiocy in who runs his team.

Welcome to the club. More fans need to do the same. The owner does not deserve our money.
 
What I've done the last couple of years is not spend anything directly on the team (I tend to watch the games in sports bars which pay for the ticket, which in turn indirectly goes to the team/NFL)...although I'm going to break that rule because I love those throwbacks they wore last night so much (it will be my after Xmas present/s to myself).

As for going to a game, I was gonna go to the Chargers/Phins for what is most likely the last time they'll ever play in San Diego, however I decided to book my flight back home for the holidays on Saturday instead of later in the week so I can spend some extra time with friends/family instead.

While at the beginning of the season when I still have the tiniest bit of hope left I'll often post angry/drunk rants after a tough loss, at the end of the day it's just a game...a dumb game, a dumb game that I played and still love along with my favorite sport to watch, however it is still just a dumb game there are other things in life that are far more important.
 
Dropped alot of money on Dolphin's gear this past offseason. I guzzled the kool-aid and went on a Dolphins spending spree. Needless to say, times are hard financially and I could really use the $350 I dropped on Dolphins goodies, hats and sweatpants. I can never stop watching the team but I'll say this, they won't get another direct purchase from me until this team makes the post season. Not that my business makes or breaks the franchise - there will alsays be fans who contribute to organization no matter how bad the team is.
