I don't think he's accusing anyone of cheating, he's just simply saying that some teams study the snap count from tape, and that his team needs to do a better job of mixing that up.
 
Brady was on the ground so much on sunday he may as well become the Sunlife Landscaper

It's nothing new or illegal. Remember JJ Watt said he learned a lot about Miami's snap count by watching and listen to preseason game and Hard Knocks prior to the 2012 opener that he dominated.
 
It doesn't sound like he's ACCUSING us of anything, just sounds like he is explaining why Cam Wake was getting a good jump - sounds like he is saying it's something HIS OWN TEAM needs to work out.

You know guys, it's not ALWAYS a conspiracy against us. And people aren't ALWAYS trying to disrespect us.
