I'm going to lose sleep over this one...
Apparently he could lose his leg. Its not reported but I was just told this by my wife who is an RN. She was just told by one of her surgeons. I guess these cadaver replacements are very riisky

A bit of an overstatement. Virtually all ACL reconstructions now use cadavers.

I honestly hope it isn't that severe. I do not like Tom Brady or the Patriots, but no matter how much you hate them, you can never wish this kind of thing on them. I like the fact that we don't have to play Brady this year, but I would hate to see him have this serious of an injury that he may not play next year or possibly ever again. I hope Tom Brady can come back from this, however, I hope he comes back with less talent.

Yea, I'm glad he isn't playing this year....but I wouldn't wish that on anybody.
Maybe he'll decide he just doesn't want to play football anymore....

I agree. I hope he comes back ok, but not amazing. If an ACL can derail Marino, it can certainly do it for Brady.I honestly hope it isn't that severe. On Brady the person, no. But on that team? I couldn't come up with enough ways to hope bad things happen to "them".
