Brady Out for 09?

There was somethin on ESPN about a week ago about Brady possibly being out for 09 because his injury became infected and he might need surgery again, anyone have any news on that?
 
Last I heard, Brady needs another surgery to remove scar tissue from the area. If he does it, he will miss the 09 season.
 
Wrong! His agent was on T.V the other day and said he wont need another surgery and his healing is ahead of Schedule. Looks like we get to kick him around next year.
 
brady will be back next season he is on track to be ready for training camp. also even if he wasnt, i no that cassel isnt brady, but once cassel got familiar with the team, the pats put up points like they had brady. no matter whos back there for them next year, its not going to be easy.
 
I hope Brady is back next year, I want to see the Dolphins face the Pats with all their weapons.
 
the pats are full of crap. they'll make it seem like brady will miss the season, probably will sit out all of preseason and then he starts week 1.

Removing the scar tissue won't make him miss 2009, it would be the surgery to fix "loose" ligaments. He will more than likely have surgery to remove scar tissue, I wouldn't say it's common but its nothing out of the ordinary.

Man its gotta be true why would they Franchise Tag Cassel if it wasnt? What would be the point of givin him Peyton Manning type money if hes gonna ride the bench all year the Pats would never pay a backup player that much.

Well considering he had an infection, sounds like the whole thing was botched from the getgo. His knee is probably all ****ed up in there, and I heard they want to go back in there and clean everything out. Way to pick your own doctor Brady.

Brady should play. Franchising cassel is insurance. If Brady is not ok they got backup if he is the will trade him out of the division and get draft picks for him
 
I think we've seen the best of Brady. He will never have another season like '07.
 
I heard they accidentally went in and did the wrong knee.
