we shouldn't put all our eggs in one basket, if the dolphins dont pick brady quinn we cans till have a hell of a draft. kolb, beck, edwards, and stanton provide a much better alternative than trading up for quinn who could potentially be a bust. we need to address left tackle and qb with our first 2 picks and then wr and d-line with our next two. i think this would be a solid draft if the fins followed a format similar to this one

Well, they are all "potential busts" and I wouldn't want any of those other guys over Quinn. I do believe that a guy like Beck has the potential to start in this league, and I wouldn't mind having him.

The only problem I have with Beck is that he is 26 already

Yea that is the scary thing w/ him, its like u can't even develop him like u want to . . . if he sits 2 year . . . he is 28. But w/ our QB situation . . . we may be better served taking a guy who can compete to start right away . . . and along w/ Quinn . . . he may be the best bet.

hes right with them learning from trent green its not that far fetched. i like beck, edwards and stanton but idk who to choose?

i personally like stanton just as much. Lets take Brown first ,then stanton and rice in the second round.

He's 25 now but will be 26 before the regular season starts.

Roger Staubach was a 27 year old rookie when he joined the Dallas Cowboys in 1969 and didn't win the starting QB job until 1971.

Don't worry ! The Dolphins aren't trading away picks to move up in the draft to take Quinn. We are not one player away. We've got a lot of holes to fill. I think there is too much depth in this draft to give so much away for one guy. I'd like to see us go.

1. Levi Brown
2. Cam's choice at Qb
2b. USC Center (cant think of his name)

Ryan Kalil. I highly doubt he'll fall to #71 but if he did, he could be the steal of the first day.

I respectfully disagree!!

Get Brady at all costs!! It's a match made in heaven. Perfect match, through and through! He loves our coach, our coach loves him! He's got everything you want in a QB:

-Talent
-Smart
-Freakish work ethic
-Desire to win
-Most of all, enjoys the game

No way he is a bust, and the teams that don't draft him when they have the chance will regret it!! Sure, we'll still end up w/ a young QB w/ some talent in later rounds if we don't take Quinn, but I think Quinn is just that much better!!

I would agree w/ this to a point, but the thing is - I don't think RandyCam are looking to fix everything in one offseason. They are trying to build for not just this year, but for years to come. They are trying to build a successful franchise that competes every year. And if you can get a special player like Quinn to lead the way, you do it, even if it means you lose a pick or two later in this draft.

Dolphins will take Russell!!!

You heard it here first. I'm not saying this is a good thing, but here is how the draft may very well pan out. Trent Green is not the key, it's Randy Moss. He's going to be traded to the Packers for a third round pick. Oakland will draft and keep the greatest draft prospect ever, screwing the Lions who desperatley want to trade down. Nobody will trade up for anyone other than Calvin. The Lions are forced to take the guy they want a few pciks later and take Adams. Cleveland at 3 is torn between Thomas and Quinn. Crennell knows he needs to show improvement now and leans on Cleveland to pick Thomas. Tampa Bay is also screwed (they want Thomas or Calvin) but can't trade down either. They take Laron Landry. Adrian Peterson goes to Arizona as they salivate over the future of Leinart, Boldin, Fitz and Peterson for the next 5 years. Washington proabably trades with Chicago for Briggs and Chi takes Alan Branch/Okoye since Tank is about to get suspended an/or released. The Vikings can't hold back and take Quinn. The Falcons take Levi Brown and guess who's left for Miami. You heard it here first.

DO YOU LOVE OR HATE RUSSELL???
