In the unlikely even that he falls to us next year do we take him? Saban actually sent his recruiting team to go watch him play which says alot about how interested they were in him. I like Dante and all but i think Brady Quinn is going to be a good QB. Plays in a pro-style offense under an offensive genuis which is something that is really appealing.

No way, he's pretty much a lock for top 3 pick. And we'll be picking last.

The only way I can see us drafting a QB in the first round next year is 1: Daunte's knee takes a turn for the worse. 2: Daunte shows that last year wasn't a fluke. 3: Joey looks as bad for the Dolphins as he did for the Lions. 4: Nick Saban has lost his MIND.:goof:

Don't get your hopes up too high on this team. High expectations can become huge disappointments in a matter of seconds.

Me being a non-homer fan beleives we still need a year or two to consider ourselves a Division winning team. With all the new additions, and our ageing defensive stars, it will take a while to mold together.

Worse case scenario, we are middle of the pack again..There is still no chance we get Quinn in the teens, Im sure there will be more than a few teams interested in moving up to get him, and hes definitely going top 5...

Actually, worse case scenario would be Miami facing alot of injuries from the start of the season and we grab the #1 pick overall.

Would you grab Brady Quinn then?

I know I would.

Man there are too many if's for that to happen, just not possible for me to even think like that, I know we wont pick first. Better chance for him to slip than for us to pick first.

I doubt he falls to #32:D

The only shot at Quinn its if we trade Travares Tillman to the Lions for their #1 pick . I hope LaRon Landry drops to 32.

is he even that great, look how many other players charlie weis has made good(Tom Brady) and the only reason maurice stovall was drafted by the bucs was because of weis, i think quinn might just be a product of his system
