Actually at that time, the Pats weren't thought of as that talented a team, and unlike us, they got crushed in the 1st game against the Bills...we could have just as easily won 2 of the 3, and made it very close on the 1st game if not for 1 or 2 plays.

Henne shows up, like Brady did, and all of a sudden, people will start talking about how much talent we have.

No you're wrong. That Bills game was in 2003. The 2001 Patriots opened with Drew Bledsoe under center against the Bengals and then vs the Jets. Both of those games were close. They won their 3rd game against Indianapolis then lost to Miami. After starting off 1-3 they went on to go 13-2 the rest of the season. :up:
