Albert mentioned it (our Albert :)) but here is a little more info from Barry J.

Two players whose health has been the topic of concern for Miami Dolphins fans today took an important step toward being ready for the start of the 2015 NFL season.
Left tackle Branden Albert announced he was doing "everything" in practice at full speed. It is the first time Albert has participated in all the drills in practice since he blew out his knee last November.
"I'm back doing everything," Albert said.
Despite the good news, it is still unlikely Albert will play Saturday in the Dolphins' third preseason game. And he was coy about being available for the regular-season opener at Washington.
"I don't know," he said.
Chances are good, however, he'll be ready for that regular-season game.
As you may know, I advocated not playing quarterback Ryan Tannehill in the game Saturday if Albert and Fox do not play.
Tannehill apparently does not share my thoughts.
“I expect to play and play as much as I would regardless of who is out there just because those are the guys that are going to be out there when we play in a couple of weeks," Tannehill said. "Injuries are a part of the game and, like it or not, that’s just kind of the way it is. That’s the risk you take when you play this game.
"Our guys are stepping up, guys are working hard and people are going to have opportunities, and I want to see them take advantage of it.”
Actually, the guys out there might Saturday not be on the team in a couple of weeks if the Dolphins go with their third-team players. The other possibility is moving Dallas Thomas to left tackle and using Jamil Douglas at left guard.
Linebacker Koa Misi, nursing a calf injury, also returned to practice today. That is important because he had not practiced since early August.
Misi may play Friday, depending on how the calf responds in practice this week.
Not practicing today was offensive tackle Jason Fox, who is nursing a concussion, cornerback Jamar Taylor (quad), linebacker Jordan Tripp (ankle) and receiver DeVante Parker (foot).
Parker, recovering from foot surgery, was running despite not practicing. He was running hard. He was not cutting.

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — Miami Dolphins left tackle Branden Albert sounded a tad rusty moments before his first full practice in 9½ months.

"I'm just a puzzle in the big picture," he said.

Albert may have misspoke, but he's actually correct. At 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, coming off reconstructive knee surgery, he's a big question mark for the Dolphins.

He was cleared to practice wire to wire Tuesday for the first time since being sidelined in Week 10 last season with a torn ACL and MCL in his right knee. Albert declined to say how soon he expects to play in a game, but while he's unlikely to suit up for Saturday's exhibition against Atlanta, he appears on schedule to make the season opener Sept. 13.

Albert wore a brace on his knee for Tuesday's workout in pads and shorts.

"I'm back doing everything with the team," he said. "I'm a little nervous, because I haven't played in a while. But I'm tired of watching. I just want to be out there with my teammates. It has been a long time coming."

Dallas Thomas at left tackle? HHHHEEEELLLLLLL NNNNOOOO!!!! Just cancel the season now if that becomes what we think we're gonna do.

obviously for Washington, they may have to do some three step drops or roll outs - to give Albert some extra time

Guaging from his answers and the way his eyes looked answering, I'd guess he's 70% now.

Those are some special powers. Did you consult the Magic 8 ball while analyzing him?

Caution seems to be the word with Albert right now:

Returning to practice Tuesday was a big step for left tackle Branden Albert, but it’s only one step.

Another important one comes Wednesday morning, before he even arrives at training camp. In fact, it’s before he even gets out of bed.

How will his surgically repaired right knee feel the morning after a major test?

“I’m pretty confident my knee will respond well,” Albert said before Tuesday’s workout. “I think the next day I’ll be fine and tomorrow I’ll go out there and do the next thing.”

Albert can’t say if he’ll be able to play Saturday against Atlanta or even Sept. 13 in the opener against Washington.

“They’re doing good without me right now,” he said of his fellow blockers. “I can’t say when I come back.”

Much criticism has been focused on guards Dallas Thomas and Billy Turner, but you won’t hear any from Albert.

“I think our guards are doing good,” he told reporters. “You guys and everybody are down on them. I think they’re handling it pretty well.”

After practice, coach Joe Philbin said he caught a glimpse of Albert in one-on-one drills, and he looked “OK” on the first and “very, very good” on the second.

The tricky part is truly measuring Albert’s progress against defensive linemen who aren’t about to jeopardize the team’s Pro Bowl left tackle.

I definitely want to make sure everyting is A-OK before we dial everything all the way up,” defensive end Cameron Wake said. “We walked today, making sure we don’t want to do too much, but we also want to make sure we don’t give him a false sense of security.”

Looking at the video and seeing Albert mannerism and the way he sounds...he's closer to 76%...I don't think the other poster took into account how his jaw moved at the end of team...

Draft picks start playing well and people are so in disbelief that this is a "possible" thing that they continue to maintain there is an issue at Guard when the coaches clearly see otherwise.

If Dallas Thomas flopped on his face, Evan Mathis would be a Miami Dolphin. Fact is, Thomas has played well and has put in a lot of hard work, despite his critics, and the team feels comfortable enough for him to start at LG.

Billy Turner is having his ups and downs, and we will see some of that this year, but he will get better as the year goes on and is the best fit at RG on this team. We also have another 4th rounder at guard that fits the scheme very well and will serve as the backup guard.

This is how it is done . . . . welcome to the post Jeff Ireland era.

This by all accounts should be taken as a positive, yet people are still whining and bitching about bringing in an aging, injury having veteran for a large amount of money. Get over it already.
