While listening to the Gase interview I noticed that there was a Branden Albert one as well. It is from yesterday.

Here's a breakdown for those at work.
Branden said he didn't actually practice last year until about a week and a half before the 1st game. He said that when he started the 3rd game last year he was 15 pounds over weight because he couldn't work out properly. He said right now he's in the best shape he's been in 3 years.
He said he's definitely looking forward on playing next to Tunsil. Something that really peaked my interest was him saying they are going to play the best 5, wherever that may be. I'm just guessing, because he didn't expound on his answer further, but it sounded like the FO and coaching staff may have spoken to him about playing G after all.
Albert was then interrupted on the phone and it was none other that Cam Wake who was with him during the interview. Albert said Wake is the player he roots for the most on the Fins because of where he came from and where he is now.
Albert also said he texted Tunsil right after the draft and told him don't worry about the outside noise, it's time to play football and get to work. He said once Tunsil becomes a Pro-bowler/All-Pro everyone will forget about that entire situation.
Albert also said Gase is very different from Philbin. He said Gase has a very different energy, everything is x's and o's all the time but that Gase still gives the veterans some leeway and that Gase like to joke and have fun but it's still football 100% of the time. He also said Gase understands where the players are coming from much better.
Last Albert finished the interview by saying he doesn't have a twitter or Instagram account because he lets his play speak for itself and he doesn't need outside input on his personal business, such as people commenting on his play who have no business doing so.
