If you don't know him by now, you should. Brandon Coutu is the #1 rated kicker out of Georgia.
He hit 18 of 23 field goals this past season with a long of 52 for the Bulldogs. He was also 49 of 49 for extra points.
Scott Wright mentioned Coutu in his players/observations report under the Miami Dolphins for today's senior bowl practice.
This coupled with recent reports that Feeley is on his way out made me realize that it is very feasible that we select Coutu with a 5th or 6th round pick (hes projected as a middle rounder).

Strengths:
Has a very strong leg and he hit from 50+ a number of times with a career long of 58...Has been extremely reliable when it comes to PAT's...Has shown he can make clutch kicks under pressure...Can also be a real weapon on kickoffs...Accurate and makes the ones he's supposed to...Hard worker...Has nice size with a solid frame.
Weaknesses:
Durability might be a concern...Has been a little unpredictable at times...Needs to show a little more consistency on his kickoffs...He didn't kick many game winners.
Notes:
Last name is pronounced "Ca-TOO"...Missed about half of his junior season with a torn hamstring...Never missed a extra point attempt in college...Had a nice senior year..Essentially has all the physical and mental tools you look for in an NFL kicker.
