he is a free agent, we have a crowed backfield but would he fit in with ronnie. Probaly not just want to hear your thoughts
 
don't you think ricky and ronnie is enough?

we have many more needs
 
I love Jacobs and the style how he plays but I think he will be re-signed by the Giants and we have other needs than RB.. However he would be an upgrade over Ricky imo (no offense against Ricky.. I love our backfield)..
But Ronnie and Jacobs together would be huge..
 
jacobs is a product of a great line. Nothing more. Hes big and powerful, but if the hole isn't there, he doesn't get any yards at all cause he has no vision or moves.

Imo you saw that today against the Eagles he did not need holes.. On some runs Jacobs ran into a crowd of people, backed out of it and than cutback the other way and gained some yards.. And you usually need 2 or 3 tacklers to stop him..
 
he definitely is a big damn runningback...what is he..6'4'' 260...or something like that?

yep he is 6'4'' 265 pounds and I think Brandon runs a 4.4 but I am not 100% sure.. LBs say he's really hard to stop because normally the LBs would have a size advantage over the RB but if Jacobs is in the game they do not have that advantage..
 
we could probably spend that money better elsewhere.
 
They would be great togther we just need and OC that knows how to call plays like cam did
 
Running backs that run upright, break down sooner and often. If RB was a need in Miami, maybe. But it isn't, and a running back that will be broke down in a few years isn't worth the money or chance.
 
Jacobs will be resigned. Ward will be the one to hit the market.

if they dont resign him .. he'll definately be franchised
