Brandon Lloyd cut by the Redskins

Redskins cut WR Brandon Lloyd.


The Redskins continue to clean house. Lloyd was due a $1.8 million roster bonus in July, but the Redskins got a jump start on relieving themselves of the colossal bust. Lloyd could end up in Chicago, where his former college coach, Ron Turner, is now the Bears' offensive coordinator.

As long as he's not in a Phins uni, I'm all good. I think he will end up in Chicago since Berrian could be gone and they need WR depth.

He's a poor version of Chris Chambers. Might make a highlight catch twice a season, but other then that he is highly unreliable and inconsistent.
