Braylon Edwards: Dolphins lied to me and used me

rather than b!tch, Braylon should concentrate on having an awesome game against Miami and then say this is what you missed out on!!

Well Braylon I am sure Saban is soiling his pants worried about how much you are going to do with the Browns. Keep whining. Should be fun seeing you go over the middle of the field waiting for the ball. You will be crying louder and Saban will be laughing harder.

Braylon should be more concerned about who's throwing him the ball than who called him on draft day...gimme a break. Every year someone comes out with quotes like these and claims that they'll "make teams pay for passing me up!" Blah, blah, blah...BE, I'd be more concerned about being the next David Terrell than try to "pay the Dolphins back".

The crybaby completely dismisses Saban from responsibilty saying it was all management decisions.

Doesn't even know Saban IS management.

Blames it mostly on Rick Speilman and then says he's going to make the Dolphins pay.

I wonder if the petite flower knows that Rick isn't even in Miami anymore?

Thank GOD we didn't draft this whining little girl.

If it was Speilman he did a poor job of bluffing. He is better at being a victim of a bluff.

BTW I had a thread on this subject with a poll right after the Draft.
Dolphins Etiquette questioned.Brett Tessler participated in the discussion.

You will note that most people thought Saban was responsible but I thought Speilman was heavily involved.Obviously Saban was too.

Edwards is just p*ssed because he'll have to drive his Bentley (bought before the draft) on the snow covered streets of Cleveland, instead of sunny A1A South Beach.

"waaah waah I thought I was going second and I ended up going third"
It's not like he took an Aaron Rodgers-esque slide to the bottom of the first.

All i got to say is ...Good luck with the browns..LOL i guess where gonna be in trouble when we play them

Anyone who was readin' Finheaven knew what was goin' on. The Dolphins were showing RB the whole way. You had to be blind to not know the Fins were using him as an attempt to get some trade action. A lot of stuff happens at the wire and obviously they were hoping for a last minute deal from someone. The phone didn't ring so they went with R.B.

Let that be a lesson to all those college players out there. You want to know what's going on with the Fins--thinking the Fins might want you, read Finheaven.com. There's always someone in the know on this board (and it ain't me).

This factoid just makes me savor not taking this imbecile even more. Do Bentley's have all wheel drive? He'll need it for the snow.

I haven't seen this posted. Sorry if it has been. It seems Edwards expressed his anger towards the Phins at the rookie symposium. Thats messed up if they really called him right before the pick and told him he was their man. Oh well, it's all part of the business I guess.

Ahhh poor baby, is that why you had your mama there to confide in ? Come on Braylon, it is a business, and it is not like you were picked in the second round...there probably was some consideration for him. Hell Saban had me bluffed too

Ode To Braylon Edwards

Do not circumvent the profanity filter.

This is why the nfl has a symposium, so that kids (I say kids ) like Edwards get some idea of what nfl life is going to be like. Apparently he needs to have his eyes and mind opened alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Certainly didn't win us any points with his agent, Lamont Smith.

I think it was very risky to tell Edwards that he was about to be picked when the pick was up. Doesn't do us any good on the backside as far as image goes. And I have very little doubt that Saban was heavily involved in this.
