BREAKING NEWS: QB Named

The one good thing is that Gus knows this offense inside and out....I JUST PRAY TO WHATEVER GOD EXISTS WITHOUT STARTING A RELIGIOUS WAR that our coaches can get his passes to drop a lil lower so he quits over throwing receivers.
It's a very good sign that he atleast knows where the open receivers are. Just hurts to see him over throw them.

We have no choice just back up the team and the coaches' decision. Root for the damn Dolphins and pray that this team gets past 5 wins.
 
If AJ is truly demoted to 3rd then I'll be totally suprised if he isn't traded or cut. Which, while I've argued to have him start, I have no problem with getting rid of him otherwise. As I've said for 3 weeks, if he's not starting, there is no need for him on the roster, he wouldn't be here next year anyway.

So AJ, how does it feel to be back home at 3rd string?? Don't lie, I have suspected for sometime now that you were AJ. Nobody other than him or his mother could have blindly supported him as you have. I must admit though, you have stuck to your guns. You are definetly the proverbial captain going down with the ship. Well I guess this is your last chance before it is totally sunk. Jump off the AJ boat and come swim with the rest of us dolphins!! We still love ya and will take ya back with open arms. All ya have ta do is say GO GUS GO!!!!!! :D

I can say with great sincerity that I would rather have Jay Fiedler as a 1st, 2nd or 3rd string QB instead of Tim Couch.

Nothing like winning to fix a broken person. If he cries, he's got company in Wright.

I wouldn't take Fiedler back if he were the only remaining QB in the NFL. Plus, he's not a good fit for the offense (see Fiedler clone Feeley). He's had his chances and he couldn't do anything but ruin the prime years of our defense and running game.

Not if the broken person is in CHARGE of the winning! Manny Wright is a rookie.. Couch was a 4 year starter.. His arm is shot also, couldnt even make it as a backup in GB.

yep, there's going to be some scary times...although I don't feel they'll be any scarrier than the 8 interceptions thrown for TDs last season. My prediction is that we cut that in half....a least. :(

and that is why he got surgery. he was hurt all of last year. he got shoulder and lasek surgery this offseason

Dudeman, you of all people should not be a proponent of Couch. The guy sucks. He is a major bust. MAJOR bust. And unfortunately for Tim Couch, there is no surgery for psychological makeup.

Like he had for 3 weeks, from after the Chicago game to before the Falcons game? They sure did him a lot of good in those 3 weeks.
 
I'd rather have Frerotte overthrowing his deep passes than have Jay Fiedler constantly underthrowing them or AJ Feeley not even attempting them.
