Thanks. I'm glad you have a sense of humor. I doubt you read the thread anyway.

It was an outstanding thread! :beerbang:

Fascinating. I've been reading and re-reading every post in that thread. I didn't think it was stupid. My bad?

I guess the final resluts are as I expected. The two guilty verdicts are the charges in which opinion and emotions rather than logic and evidence was a major factor. The other 3 had to consider evidence. If that would have been a real trial I would have requested a clarification on "correct" anyways. But it was fun. and 3 out of 5 ain't bad. The defense has won....

Here's some of my deliberations and PM's with Bling.
Bling the only one we disagree on is number 3. Incompetance.
The reason I said Guilty on that is because he keeps bad coaches around him like Keith Armstrong. I accuse him of incompetance in that area because part of him being a coach was hiring the best people. Keith Armstrong sucks and he can't see that. Would you consider changing your 3rd to Guilty. If not I may consider changing mine because I'd like a unanimus decision. You're the only one who sent me a message by the way. I don't know where anyone else is on it.
I also think the prosecution convinced me on the incompetance point when they talked about his drafts. Drafting Eddie Moore a LB when he knew we needed a WR and OL help and disregarding Speilman his assistans advice. That shows incompetance but he did bring Ricky which makes up for Fletcher and Moore.

Wanny was also convinced that Fiedler could be like Dilfer, Ricky could carry the load, and Chambers could make big plays. That would be enough. He was convinced our Offense was as good as the Ravens of 2000, and all he had to do was make a dynasty Defense and he would be set. Weren't you convinced of that in the beginning of the year? It even had NFL gurus thinking the Dolphins were SB bound. You can't blame Wanny for that. He was as convinced as we were.

As for the O-Line and WR, We drafted Wade Smith. We were hoping for Jamie Nails and Mark Dixion to be fine, right? Wanny was playing to groom Wade Smith to start this year not his rookie year. It's unfortunate that we had Dixion out for the year, and we were unable to get Wayne Gandy in FA. After Gandy was gone, who would we get at LT? We were going to stall LT for 1 year till Smith was ready, and Smith was put the heavy burden of starting his rookie year when Dixion was hurt.

WR, why in the world would we get another WR in FA after getting Thompson? Isn't that a slap in his face? Who would we get, anyways? Curtis Conway? David Boston? I was convinced Thompson was a faster OG. He was good in Washington, why couldn't he be in Miami? Don't get me wrong, I'm a 'Nole, and it hurt me so badly to watch my favorite Nole, Anquan Boldin, last year go to a crappy team. We drafted Tolver, who looks to be our future #3 for a long time. McKnight just came off his best year as a 'Phin. He was the best WR we had down the stretch. This FA there really are no WR. We'll probably get Lee Evans, the guy is a tory holt with monkey-like leaping ability.

Look at these pictures of Lee Evans:

While we could get Michael Jenkins or Rashaun Woods also who are pretty good.

It's unfortunate that Wannstedt's move on offense or his philosophy in Miami hasn't worked for the best, but he really made some good moves. Ricky, Seau, Knight, Buckley(hell of a season wouldn't you say?), Zgonina has problems with run defense, but he created pressure, something we never get from DT. Let's not forget he did draft Jay's only 2 recievers, McMichael and Chambers.
