Breakout Dolphin of 2005

yeah, i really feel Chambers has been held back by the past regimes and past QBs... imagine him with Holmgren, Shanahan?

Look at the geniuses Booker played for and the QBs who have thrown to him in his career. I think you'll find his case is actually more compelling than the case is for Chambers, particularly since he still found a way to perform at a Pro Bowl level despite these issues.

I going out on a limb here, and taking the least likely of candidates. Ala Rich Gannon, Gus will have a breakout year, after paying his dues and bad breaks as an NFL journeyman, Gus puts up the numbers he beleives he can. He's got talent, and the skill around him, I'm predicting a Pro Bowl year for the Ferret! :spot: :spot: :spot: You heard it here first!

good person to pick....I went and left the QB's off my little list but upon further review, i.e. your post :), I'm nominatiing bot QBs for breakout player of the year for the phins....based mostly on the fact that the QB is so impotant to this offense that if we want to truly have success then we need at least one of them to have a "breakout" year.

comeback player of the year is ricky williams.

breakout player is aj feeley.

i hope gus breaks his leg.

A lot of great posts in this thread. Makes me realize why we are so optimistic. We have a lot of potential talent. Here is another one, Maurice Mann! The kids got game.
