Suprised to see he put on 30lbs, up to 218 now. If Henne or the other QB's everyone is enamoring about is gone by the 4-5rds, would you be upset by taking Brennan? His explanation for being 185 was not having time to eat with classes and not thinking about the NFL and future. I wouldn't mind him in the later rds if available....

218 is serious. Also he's having or already had hip surgery that puts him out until July, so he might be available as late as the 6th due to injury concerns. I'd take him. He's a beast athlete and a gunslinger.

He threads it as well as any QB I've ever watched live

I'd take him as a late round project. He's got good accuracy and mobility and I believe he can be a quality NFL player. He definitely gonna drop becuase of his surgury.

in the 6th go for it
we need a 3rd string qb and he may climb the ranks quickly, however if josh johnson is there take him instead

I personally think he is every bit as good as a pro prospect as John Beck is, probably a little more so because of his age. i think thats one thing me and Boomer quite agree on.

I have to agree with you about Josh Johnson
you have to take him in the mid to later rounds if he is available.I don't have his numbers in front of me but he was quite impressive:beer1:

I have a feeling he's going to be a good QB. Not sure why I feel that way...just a gut feeling I guess. There's something different about him compared to prior hawaii QBs that I like.

Same as your signature saying Chris Long will go down as an all time miami dolphin bust...I wasn't aware that we drafted him:up:

actually i just checked and we didn't lol
but correct me if im wrong u 2 are a jake guy and i would like nothing more than to see him be taken number 1
but i am 98% sure we will pick c long, which i will regret for years to come

that josh johnson will never be more than a career back up

When you look past the numbers Brennan is a product of a system. He looked awful against Georgia he was getting crushed.

His back up came in and made him look like the back up. Brennan will not be an NFL Qb.

Oh yea, he also has serious character issues!

I've always liked Brennan and would take him in the 5th. How about that!

Unless we take a QB in the 2nd, then I probably wouldn't even draft him.

If the Dolphins did draft Brennan, he would have two familier faces already on the team. C Samson Satele, and FB Reagan Mauia.

this is the worst time to make the point that a qb has a familiar center, normally that is a good thing, but that joke offense over there in hawaii, brenen went from the shotgun and rarley took snaps so that diminses all pluses of having a familiar guy getting u the ball. as for mauia i dont get how that would effect brennen. not saying anything about brennen or setale of mauia just wondering what is meant by that.
