Here is the video, what Armando Salguero called the most bizarre scene he's been around since he started covering the Dolphins.

Brent Grimes: http://www.miamidolphins.com/multim...he-Media/4cdfb857-705d-4485-b119-5ec37b5aea6b

Ryan Tannehill: http://www.miamidolphins.com/multim...eporters/e2a77b5e-4869-4867-a40a-f667c9479f14

What the hell is going on in that locker room? No wonder why we suck.

Today's locker room session with the Dolphins was the most bizarre I can remember and I covered Bullygate.

DBs hooting and hollering while Grimes is talking to media, one getting on his seat to shoot a selfie of the scene ...

Armando Salguero ‏@ArmandoSalguero 31m31 minutes ago
QB answering questions he cannot believe he's hearing through gritted teeth. CB forced to publicly disagree with wife's opinion ...

Armando Salguero ‏@ArmandoSalguero 31m31 minutes ago
Damontre Moore grabbed a microphone and interrupted Tannehill presser to ask a question ...

Damontre Moore interrupted Tannehill presser to ask "Do you know how blessed you are to have a beautiful specimen like myself as a teammate"

Very immature. Not professional atmosphere.

There are reasons bad teams are bad, some of them extend beyond sheer football talent. Bad culture is one. Next HC has much work to do.

Surprised nobody asked Grimes, "Omar Kelly said that your wife doesn't say or do anything without your knowledge or approval. If that is the case how can you stand here today denying any knowledge of what was said?"

Grimes is acting like this is the first he has heard of it.

Best tweet of Mando's life right there. Exactly what I was saying in that turdbucket rehash thread of the Incog/Martin affair.

This is a problem that extends beyond coaching. It extends beyond talent deficiencies. The guys in that locker room suck as people. They have no heart. They're unprofessional. Look at how they dominated for a couple of weeks after Philbin was fired. And now they're back to embarrassing themselves. What thinking person could believe that's about coaching? That we stumbled on the perfect schemes for two weeks and then somehow forgot them? That Campbell found the magic words and then never said them again?

Issues like Miko or Martin/Incog are sideshows but they also cut right to the heart of the problem. And you're not going to fix it just by bringing in more talented players. Some of our talented players (like Pouncey) are part of the problem.

The cultural mess aside, it's telling that no team mates have Tannehill's back. There is no way Grimes is back next season. The lack of leadership in that organization is unreal.

Moore? The same guy who got kicked off the Giants for fighting over some headphones? I don't see that as "bad culture"

that was hard to watch. brent is in the wrong. first he needs to tell her to shut up. second, how else does she get her info hmmm. give me a break

It's the circus that is the Dolphins. So incredibly frustratingly pathetic. The crap we fans have to endure from this team...smfh

The Dolphins are being asked about Miko ****ing Grimes while other NFL teams are vying for playoff spots and home field advantage.

A disgrace in every way imaginable.

I thought about this as well. Brent should have said immediately without being asked "Ryan is our QB I believe in him, and respect the work he puts in every day. I wish my wife did not say those things."

Whats weird is nobody is coming out and defending RT. This coule mean a couple things:
He is not respected
or this team is so full of pieces of ****, we don't have a single leader to step up and defend their QB/teammate.
Regardless of what we think about RT- He has never publicly thrown any teammate under the bus, he always acts professionally.

I would like to see someone like Branden Albert, Suh, Reshad, or even Lamar Miller come out and defend the QB, and stand up to these piece of **** DBs acting like fools.
These DBs making a scene to "defend Brent" is a joke. Everyone of them except Jones sucks. Mccain, Moore, Aikens, Thomas all of them suck.

I thought some of this stuff left after the Wallace and Gibson joke of an interview last year.. I guess not.. and I finally believe the comment that this team has no leadership in the locker room none..If Wake there maybe.

This $*** again. Why are there locker room issues every freaking year. Just once I want my team to not be a damn soap opera...

I'm not so sure about the Tannehill's back comment....at least not yet. To take a side here will likely mean having to take a side against either RT or Grimes and what player in their right mind would want to get involved in this mess. Probably will happen eventually though as this is not likely to calm down soon.
