Brett Favre & Jets Question

To all you guru's out there, wasn't there some part of the Packers Jets deal that penalized the Jets if they released or traded Favre after only one year? I may have it wrong. Could someone please clarify the Jets - Packers deal?

Hopefully, there is something that will work out to the Dolphins advantage!

No there isn't, there was a thing that if we traded him to the Vikings but he retired and we released him, not our problem now. Anyways I doubt the Packers care too much about a 40 year old Favre taking over the Vikings.
