Brian Baldinger and Daniel Thomas

I honestly think it's funny people thought Miami would be good this year. Run by a bunch of wusses that are yes men and scared to step out and make a decision. Seriously our owner pretty much hired Harbaugh when he didn't have the balls to fire Sparano first. I mean come on who is going to take a job that isn't open? Would have made him look bad and probably gotten a rep he didn't deserve. When Ross got turned down he had to eat crow and slink back to Miami and offer a raise not earned to save face and pretend it didn't happen. Seriously it all starts at the top, **** rolls downhill. Doesn't appear anyone in this organization trust anyone and it really shows. Miami is the joke of the NFL. Only Miami would hire the offensive coordinator from a worse offense than their own last year and seemed shocked that it's still not putting points on the board. Henne is throwing some nice balls but we still run and play not to lose instead of being aggressive and putting games away. If it works stop and run the ball. Only when this mentality is gone will this franchise start a true rebuilding process towards being serious about winning.

Annndddd there it is! You can always count on the fact that in EVERY single thread about anything positive someone will come in with some negative rant. The thread is about Daniel Thomas doing a great job so far, you do realize that there are tons of other threads where your garbage is more appropriate?

Not even one comment based on the thread in your whole post. It's like Finheaven is full of complete idiots!!!

Thank goodness we drafted Thomas. Could you imagine Reggie and Lex as our running attack without DT ?

What is the opposite of "stacking the box" ? Other teams would rush 3 and have 8 in coverage every play.

neither ricky or ronnie would be anywhere close to better options than daniel thomas...neither possess the ballerina feet this kid has...thomas has looked damn good in 2 games...thank god for him cause otherwise we'd have nothing going for us b/t the tackles at rb...nothing

feet short area burst and the ability to make a guy miss in tight spaces with solid vision all what this kid brings to the table...would like to see him get more carries in the red zone...but this kid looks like a definite keeper and future difference maker
I think Ronnie has about the feet Thomas does, but not the short area burst Thomas does.

Troy Stradford was an excellent runner who deserved his rookie of the year honors. He blew his knee out in a tragic hit on the playing field. To speak about Stradford as an example of what? over-rated is plain ridiculous.

if you think ronnie even now has the feet daniel thomas has...well...you think wrong...
I would post some clips from YouTube, but I'm sensing it would be a waste of time.

Troy Edwin Stradford (born September 11, 1964 in Elizabeth, New Jersey) is a former professional American football running back who was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the 4th round of the 1987 NFL Draft. Stradford won the 1987 Offensive Rookie of the Year Award for the Dolphins and played for Miami until the end of the 1990 season. He lasted just two more years in the NFL and played for the Kansas City Chiefs, the Detroit Lions, and the Los Angeles Rams from 1991 to 1992.

And he was a 4th rounder...Id say MIA got their $$$ worth out of him that 1st season

Ronnie just looks like he has great feet because he dances at the line way too much. When a guy has great feet and hits the hole with authority you know you have a great player.

People wrote him off because he was a QB. He is learning a new position and he wasn't the glamour pick (Ingram) time will tell - but he carried an offense - correctin he was the Offense - Ingram not - DT has a style like Eddie George - I like him

Ronnie Brown never had Daniel Thomas' feet, but Thomas will never have Brown's power and tackle breaking ability.

What shocks me is how quick Daniel Thomas hits the hole. He never looked that quick in college but now it looks like he has a second gear.

Not sure where/how you come to the conclusion that Thomas has a second gear when he hasn't even broke a 20 yard run yet
