So much better than Gase already, and I really liked Gase until last year when things started to fall apart mostly because of him imo.

But I think Ross has struck gold here in terms of a football acquisition because I believe he is the one who truly makes the big decisions (like with Queasy), it's about f****** time he gets one right.
