I agree with Flo. You want ALL of your players to be of the mindset that if a play is needed they will make the play!

I’m fine with him tackling. Just hope he keeps his head on a swivel. Defensive players love to take shots at QBs during change of possession plays.

Every answer in an interview is calculated by Coach Flores for effect on the team or opponents, or situation. Few coaches shoot less from the hip. We don't know what is said behind closed doors.

I want him to be smart enough to know that if its a 17-0 lead he doesn't need to be as aggressive as a close ball game.

I don't want his mind set to be to always get in on the play.
