Brian Gaine named Assistant General Manager

The Dolphins announce that Brian Gaine has been promoted to Assistant General Manager.

It is a good promotion for him. Gaine is starting to get some buzz around the league and was in the running for the General Manager position with the Rams just a few months ago.

Bro this might be some added incentative for Ireland to continue to do better or he could be replaced as well. I like that it protects the organization from losing him unless it is for a GM job. I think Ross would have to be floored by Irelands job to just let him go, or instead he let's Ireland go.
