I dont know about you guys but I love what Hartline brings to the table. I think he is more than capable of being our sure fire # 2 receiver on this team. Clyde Gates is fast and all but Hartline is sneaky quick and also runs good routes and has pretty damn good hands. He is without a doubt one of my favorite players bc he doesnt get a whole lot of attention in the media but when is called upon, does a damn good job. The catch and run he had against Dallas tonight just shows what he has done on a consistent basis since we drafted him three years ago.

Damn straight. Hartline is the man. Dude is so under appreciated on FH. Great route runner, good hands, sneaky quick, solid speed. Just a good all around WR.

Man, I got nothing but good things to say about all the WRs. Hartline does a nice job, no question, Marshall is Marshall, Bess is a fantastic slot guy, and Gates is gonna be nice to have as a threat downfield too. Even Wallace and Moore show good promise, hopefully we can keep both, but I don't know. I have no concerns, barring injury, about the WR core here. Top notch group.

I think Hartline will do just fine as our #2 reciever, he is solid in almost every skill you want at a WR.

hartline is nice and all, but clyde gates is on his *** like white on rice. Clydes gates is trying to make a name for himself.

If we absolutely nit pick Hartline, he does seem to trip over his own feet at times, but will typically still make the catch at least, just sometimes costs YAC. Better throws would help too. But I could nitpick anybody. =)

The thing I like about Clyde Gates is his ability to go up and get that ball out of the air, he probably has the best vertical on our team and he definately shows it, he has good hands himself aswell, looking forward to Hartline and Gates in the X position.

i think he doesnt get respect because he isnt GREAT at anything but he good in all aspects of the WR position. He's a WR like brandon stokley/wayne chrebet (however you spell his name) and the oldie but goodie OJ Mcduffie. These guys are essential to a QB because he's their go to go under pressure. We luckily have two Hartline and Bess.

Hartline's always good for at least 40-50 yards per game. With our new offensive philosophy, he'll thrive as a receiver in this system...especially with all the new (Bush, Gates) and current (Marshall, Bess, Moore) weapons defenses have to account for.

I watched him all through his OSU days, and I was jacked to see the phins draft him. He was the epitome of 'money' at OSU. There's been so much hate for him on this forum over the past couple of years. Before you bash Hartline, keep in mind who we had running this damned offense over the past few years.

Wow, this is the most positive things I've ever seen said about Hartline. Typically, its mostly negative. All of the haters must still be sleeping.

Hartline is a good player..I agree...He runs so hard after he gets the rock too....and to think Mr. Kiper said he would be nothing more than a 4th Wr.

Maybe next year. Hartline plays all 3 WR positions. He's led the team in yards per reception and YAC each of his two seasons. Gates faces a huge learning curve coming from a D2 program. He just won't be a polished enough player to threaten Hartline this season.

say what you want about the management, but when they took over we have NOTHING at WR. Tedd Ginn, that was it. LOL, my god that was bad.... our receivers are a solid group now.

This group is Miami's best kept secret. Everybody knows Marshall but Bess and Hartline are solid players too. I think your typical non-Dolphin fan or even non-Dolphins media talking head would be suprised how much talent the Dolphins have at WR.
