Did you guys notice the intensity he was playing with on our first scoring drive and the great special teams play following that score.

I really believe it was this guys, heart, determination, passion, and resolve that was a BIG aide in putting us back in this game and helping us overcome that early 14-0 deficit.

Brian Hartline is a ****ing player. A football player. Period. Ive said it all season, give me 52 Brian Hartlines and I will go to battle with anyone, anyday.

Great 4th round pick. He will continue to be a great player for us, even once we upgrade our starting WRs(hopefully this offseason).

We definately need 2 new starters on this team, but I will keep Hartline around for years to come as a solid #4 guy and ace special teamer on this squad.

This guy should be one of every phins fans favorites. You really cant say enough about how he plays the game.

Brian Hartline......man.

i love brian hartline. best wr from osu on our team, and we didnt need to spend a top 10 pik on him. plays with so much intensity. love it.

He has made me proudly eat crow this season.

Am I the only one who thinks Hartline is worth more than the 4th spot? O.o

2 fewer years in the league. Taken 3 rounds later. Makes much less money. HEAD AND SHOULDERS above his college and now pro teammate. Guy plays with a serious set of onions, unlike Ginn.

Did you notice the POISE of Dolphins stud QB Chad Henne showed outplaying future HOF'er Tom Brady and leading the Dolphins on already his 3rd career game-winning drive?

Did you notice the DOMINANCE of Dolphins stud LT Jake Long showed forcing the Patriots D-Line backward time and again; with the rest of his O-Line partners only allowing one sack on Chad Henne the entire game?

Yup, we got these two franchise players INSTEAD of the injured Matt Ryan.

WV...I love how you titled the thread...and I agree 100 percent. The guy goes out and wants it...it's fun to watch him make plays.

I wouldn't mind cutting both Cam and Ginn at the end of the season. I think we need 2 get new receivers. A true #1 though FA and another very reliable big bodied receiver also through FA. We're still developing Turner who may or may not work out.

But 2 serious FA upgrades would vastly improve our WR corps.

antonio bryant. we wouldnt need to give up piks or players, and hes young with tons of talent. breakout season last year, and has come along since freeman took over. also a parcells guy.

I have to admit I wasn't sold on Hartline until today. I noticed his passion and and he really seems be playing more in control. I always noticed how he would run hard in his routes but thought he was a little out of control while making cuts and adjusting to the ball. But today as soon as the game was over I thought "wow, Hartline played great today".

He is a real football player, which is the highest compliment I can give. He has been damn impressive. I ragged on the pick because of my hatred of OSU and my obligation to rag on every buckeye, but he's done the Dolphins proud so far and I just want to see him get better and better.

CK made a brilliant post the other day about exactly what we need to do with our receiving corps next year.

I dont know about cutting Cam, but maybe. We really only need 2 of the possession type guys that we have now(Cam, Hartline, Bess) and I was down on Bess earlier in the year when he was fumbling. But, he has really come on strong as of late. Right now Bess and Hartline are locks.

I would definately shed Ginn. And there are ways we can get 2 starters at WR without drafting a guy. We definately need to spend picks on LBs this year.

A guy who I think will be a beast in this league is Mardy Gilliard. Im not sure of his draft status(is he a JR or a sophomore?) Antonio Bryant would definately be a solid guy to get. I like CKs angle on Boldin too. Starting those 2 guys and having Bess as a slot guy to go with Hartline as a #4 and a great special teamer is a great idea. I would love to do this and either draft Gilliard. If we dont draft a guy, we could always keep Camarillo as depth.

would u keep ginn as a kick returner? i wouldnt mind keeping him as that, and maybe a change of pace reciever.
