Safety Walker to sign with Lions

The Dolphins suffered their first free-agent loss of the 2002 offseason Monday when strong safety Brian Walker agreed to a five-year, $10 million contract with the Detroit Lions.
- more than we would have paid him. At least he's in the NFC :D

The Titans are going to sign him with what money? Their cap situation was almost as bad as the Ravens.

As for Brian Walker it looks like yet another former phins scores overrated cash from the Lions in the vein of Scott Mitchell. Good for him! No way in hell he's worth that since he benefitted from Marion/Surtain/Madison.

BW was great in 2000, but invisible last year. He is better as a SS at run support than a deep safety like Bates used him.

Marion had some visits last year, so let's just hope that he gets a call from Wanne soon while he is sitting home alone by the phone :judge:
