i thing steve's offense is great and the guy is an unbelievable coach. if not i say we hire gus frerotte as our offensvie coordinator to runs linehans system and then we still put all of our time into a new qb.

I think Mooch is probably going to spend his 2006 licking his wounds and taking a year off on Bill Ford's dime before taking a HC job somewhere (maybe college) in 2007. I don't think he's a candidate for Miami's OC job.

i think with there even being RUMORS of T.O. that mooch will run in any given opposite direction.

i don't want mooch, because we'd have to learn a whole new system.... i'd much perfer finding a coach who runs a similar down the field attack like linehan

I'd take Mariucci (spelling?) over Mullarkey any day.

I have been waiting for this thread. At first I thought Mooch might be a good pickup, then I remembered what offense he made famous. This team IS NOT BUILT FOR THE WEST COAST OFFENSE. Although I do believe he is still a good coach, he would not be a good fit in Miami at all. IMO

I say Marc Trestman (he was Traiders OC during their SB run a couple of years ago)

dont laugh gus forrotte running the O wouldnt be a bad idea but wont ever happen in 2006

I dont want a west coast offense here....

beside Mooch is not good at working to his players talents, he needs players that fit his scheme not the other way around

I wouldn't mind seeing Mooch down here but I highly doubt it. I think he'll take a year off from coaching and I heard he might be doing pre and post game shows with CBS I believe.

I'd take Mooch any day but it would only be a one year thing because he will get another HC job soon. It may take Mularkey a couple years.
