We are about to trade away a broken Lincoln (C Pep) for a rebuilt Honda (Green) which is better? Time will tell.
Green is a very dependable QB but we have no idea where his head is. He can take 1 hit (which by the way he will with our OL - not that there bad they are just not the best and even the best line gives up a sack or two) and be finished. Sad thing is we will not have the chance to see it coming because during camp no one is aloowed to hit the QB.
Culpepper on the other hand is the broken lux vehicle. we know he has two flat tires and we can put air in them to see hot it runs. If it wobbles and shakes then you know that it ain't fixed.
I used the above to explain this.
I'm not so optimistic about the QB's both have the potential to be great for us but cutting one before you see it perform is not a wise idea. I understand that both brings something differnt to the team with Green being the most positive but I'm just not so sure about the head injury. It bothers me to think that any 1 hit and the team is going in a new direction.
don't get me wrong Green has what it takes to put us in the playoff and go deep into them as well. But that head injury is serious and a little more serious then a lot of you think.

:lol: Heh...I like your analogy.

Honda = less maintenance, better mileage and better resale value...and there are also a lot of aftermarket parts for them

hahahaha damn that's a good one, so tell me what is Beck ?????????

I can't agree, its become more than apparent that Daunte has issues when it comes to reading defenses, that sort of QB will not win you Superbowls.

Beck will be a new 3 series bmw in a couple of years. driven with precision and leads all other competition.

:sidelol::sidelol::sidelol:

LOLOL the titles funny as hell!

A Shelby Cobra kit car... fresh out of the box. :)

Give me a break lol. I see Beck much like a Kia. New manufacturer, not sure what to expect, appears to have the same parts as more well known vehicles, but came at a very cheap price....IE we passed on the Acura (Quinn).

True but another thing you have to consider is that theres already talks of Brady Quinn holding out..who does he think he is? i mea you got picked 22nd and your going to get paid like a 22nd pick. He's in it for the money. I dont think he enjoys the game. Unlike Beck, he wants to play and prove him self...Brady Quinn thinks he's god and he's not. This really doesnt have anything to do with it but also the way they are with the fans. I have a buddy in Cleveland who went to watch him and that Quinn after practice didnt want to do nothing with the fans...Beck is the oppisite. When i went to the mini camps, that guy signed autographs for ever he went down the whole line and when was very interactive....
