Stranger things have happened right? Broncos beat the patriots this weekend and we knock off the panthers were one game outta 1st with 5 to go including a game vs the patriots. Jets are at ravens sunday they should lose that.

But, I doesn't matter because even if we win one of the ONLY six spots available, we are destine to get our ass hand it to us. So it's insignificant, for this young team to make the playoffs for the first time in 5 seasons..

Very tough, and very possible. I think the Pats match up well against the Broncos, and definitely wouldn't bet against the Pats in that one...

Would be a hell of a time if we were to bring the Patriots to our house with a chance to knock em out like that.

How so? I don't see the Pats defense slowing down the Broncos. I see the Broncos putting up 30+ points. You don't think Welker has had this game circled on his calendar?

We're going to have to play our best game this season against the Panthers to win this week. We do not match up well with them, but they're coming off a big MNF against a great team that they beat closely... They might take us lightly and if they do, we absolutely have to cash in on the opportunity. TDs not FGs, no missed tackles, no drops, no missed long balls... We absolutely have to play our best game this week.

The Pats are not a "great" team (at least not this yr). They lost to the Jets and were getting outplayed by the Phins until a few phantom calls changed the momentum in the game.
The phins have played every team tough (except NO).

I would love to see us win the division, but I have no trust in this team winning the "easy game"....I would not be slightly surprised if we beat the Panthers and Panthers, but lose to the Jets, Bills, and Steelers. We have lost to the freaking Bills at home without their QB, the winless Bucs, and blew a golden opportunity to beat the Pats on their homefield. It all comes down to the three absolutely stupid losses. We would be sitting pretty right now if we were actually a consistent team.

We beat two of the likely four division winners in the Colts and Bengals. We also had the Patriots on the ropes at halftime up 17-0.

So outside of the Broncos and Chiefs, we have competed with every other "top tier" AFC contender.

Yes, dude ... In the NFL winning 6 straight, regardless of who you play and scoring 30+ points in four of those wins while allowing no more than 20 points in any of those wins, is generally considered being on a roll.
