Broncos Drafted 2RBs to replace Moreno

Hillman and Ball. Moreno was 3rd string on depth chart until defenses had to cover every one else and Manning could dump the ball to him. Not saying he's terrible but probably comes in a little inflated.

I've heard Hillman is nearly considered a bust. Ball is entering his 2nd season and the donkeys really like him.

Disagree completely. Moreno's career stats are much better than Thomas's. I'd take Moreno over Thomas.

No problem there. No one is saying Moreno is going to break the franchise record for yds and TDs in a season here. He'd be a compliment to Miller and a potential draft pick.

I'm not talking about what RB is better, I'm saying that to the Broncos fanbase, Moreno was their Daniel Thomas. They don't like him. It's a case of the grass isn't always greener.

And can we please stop with Moreno's stats last year? Yes he deserves credit for them, but he was in the best statistical offense in NFL history as a role player and took advantage of very run friendly defensive fronts. The Broncos feel he underachieved last year and have little desire to bring him back.
