    I'm not sure he's a bad coach. I wish we did a better job of retaining our good coaches... we did a good job of holding onto Rizzi and our ST has been consistent... when were able to retain guys like Kacy Rodgers you saw our DL was consistently a strength. Our poor coaching has been as big of a problem as our poor front office acquiring talent.

    Why?

    He was assistant to Defensive Backs coach Tony Oden, who was likely the best position coach on the team.

    Did I miss something about the job Hill did in that role?
