According to a radio station in Denver and ProFootballTalk the Denver Broncos have offered their first-round, second-round, and third-round pick in the 2007 draft and their first-rounder in 2008 for the Lions first round pick (No. 2 overall).

I think Detroit should take it. This would allow them to stock up on young players this year with two additional high round picks. Next year, they would end up with two first rounders and you know one of them would be a top 10 since they annually stink.

Yea, that team would be insane, but they're pretty much selling a ton of picks off. How many picks would that be? 4-5 1st day picks? That team would definitely be set for a while tho...win/win for both of those teams, b/c detroit is terrible.

actually detroit is one team who was a potential threat to take quinn. even if that might have been a smoke screen to find a trading partner, it might not have been and this move would ever so slightly increase miami's chances of landing brady quinn.

I could buy into the fact that they would do it for either Johnson or Peterson ... you combine Peterson or Johnson with Cutler for 10 years ... that would be good either way !!

Some would argue that it is a steep price to pay for Peterson ... but who knows ... since IF Johnson is gone ... they could push for #4 or 6 at a lesser price ...
