ESPNews reports the Denver Broncos have released LB Al Wilson.

we will run alot of 3-4 so that would mean Porter, and Taylor are outside..plus i think Al is strictly a middle guy and we already have 2 people manning those spots

Forget about it guys....I forgot to mention that there have been rumors stating that he will probably sit out the year to recover from injuries. Apperantley, he has had serious neck injury and may even consider retirement, although he has stated that he feels he has 3 years left in him. He indicated that if he has medical clearance, he would play.
