in an article or a post it said that RW may still be a traded to the borncos but miami might keep him. i think it was mortenson on 790 or whatever. what picks do the broncos have in rd 1? didn't they give the 29th pick away? so they only have pick 15 adn waht? 22? if so a 22 for RW would be awesomee!

this way they can have RW and pick up a WR and fill 2 holes they greatly need.

They better its their fault for his status being leaked to the media and ruining his value

I would only want to do it for a first, even though I don't think they would offer that high of a pick.

Yeah, let's trade a great back to a very good AFC team. Particularly the Broncs, where RW would rush for who knows how many yards. Let's all hope the appeal wins and he remains a phin. As for a first, the Broncs would never trade that.

....and you think that the WR would do more for us then RW?

There is no way Denver would give up a #1 for Ricky. I think at the most Miami might get a 3rd round pick.

with his salary and the capacity that he can play there is no way we should trade now

You do realize that that you'd be practically penciling in Denver as the AFC representative to the Super Bowl if your idea came to fruition. My god! R.W. running in the Denver system. Say goodbye to the single season rushing record. The man might run for 2500 yds.

if its not a first i say we keep the best cheapest backup running back in the league

You'll never get equal value for Ricky in a trade because of his low salary and drug situation. He's got more value to us that anyone else.

who said anything about us drafting a WR? read carefully. i said THEY not US. TWO they were offering i believe their 29th pick prior to that BS they did. AND no matter who we draft whether its a WR or a LT it'll be better for us b/c RW said himself he is not looking to play past 2-3 years. i rather have a lawson, simpson, jackson, justice whatever it may be for a dozen years then RW for 2 years.

I would rather have Simpson with the 22nd and a lawson, justice, holmes/jackson, or WHOEVER with that 16th of ours. tahts a HUGE draft for us in that round itself.
