after this how can neone not be down for linemen in thsi draft!

Look how lucky liewinski got there, Carey saved his arse on that play as carey took out the guys and liewinski barely got a hand on the D linemen. imagine that with carey on teh right and Long on the Left along iwht another rookie like greco at LG. whoa.

btw, peelie made one HELL OF A BLOCK

Peelie is a good TE the guy blocks well and makes clutch catches. He is a blue chip player for sure.

he is a real good #2 TE.. no question.. and Verron Carrey has got better every year in the league.. I look foward to him moving back to RT or staying aat LT he is a monster.
 
I never get tired of watching that play or Camarillo's touchdown. I must have watched them a hundred times.
 
God i love 2 see things like that!! Brown is no doubt a smokin back. If he can just stay healthy. And no doubt vernon carey has got alot better. personally i think most are sleeping on peele. he was a key player last year. didnt do much in numbers but if you look at the overall picture he made good catches, blocks and made things happen. surround him with other great receivers (wilford & ginn ) and whoever else we pick up and he will not let us down!!!

No problem buddy.

BTW you are right and its something ppl dont give credit where its due. peelie played OUTSTANDING FOR US last yera especially on key 3 adn 4th downs esp with his YAC. he played very well and if nething he is a great depth/breather player we need like all the other championship teams. the players where ur starter goes out and u can't notice a drop off in performance one bit.

Liewinski didnt get lucky, he did his job. The idea of the play is the LG (Liewinski) engages the man up on him (DT), while Carey the LT blocks down and double teams the same DT. This is an easy block for Carey. If the DT is handled, Carey is supposed to leave the DT and go to the second level. There is a waek side RG pull into the 5 hole (LT-TE gap on left side) and the RG follows the lead back (blocking back) through the 5 hole. The RB (Brown) follows the lead back and the RG through the hole.

I fully agree we need an OL overhaul, but on this particular play, the 07 Find offense executed perfectly. This type of execution was unfortunately very few and far between.
 
i dont care if we get a OT in the first or second round as long as we get one
 
I really do like Justin Peelle, though to be fair, he was far more effective with Trent in there. The first couple of games he played awesome, and after that, was just OK. Hope Beck and him develop a chemistry this offseason, that is, until John Carlson walks through the doors.
