O.k. I know ricky's retun isnt written in stone by alongshot but has anyone considered how this HYPE is Effecting the Kid's psychy? Is he like "cool I get to learn from a Probowler" or is he more like "Damn, first cadillac now ricky will I ever b the stud?" or could he say "aw who cares I'm gonna retire and travel the world w/ my fat sack" I'll tell ya My biggest fear is Ronnie gets career injured while splitting time w/ rick Then you'll see some angry Threads.

Ronnie knows that he is going to be our future. I am sure he doesnt care to have Ricky helping him getting adjusted to the NFL.

Ronnie Brown doesn't need Ricky "The Flake" Williams to mold him into an NFL running Back. Ronnie is already more mature than RIcky ever was. RIcky is just an unwanted distraction, taking the spark away from a good and promising year. Would any corporation hire someone back who acts like RIcky does. Hell no. Everybody saw on draft day what Cedric Benson was like. A basket case. No ricky. Now or ever. Your fired RICKY!!!!!:fire:

I dont think Ronnie is excited about learning from Ricky, but is excited about being part of what I think could be the best runningback combo in the league. Eventually he will take over the starting spot, and is still the future of the team. Another reason he is excited is bc the spotlight isnt exactly on him anymore. There is a guy who needs to prove himself (ricky) and will be carrying the ball most of the time. THis takes the pressure off Ronnie and allows him to be himself.

I think Ronnie would say something smart like ''as long as it benefits the team, I'm cool''. But deep inside, he'd be really mad.

Ronnie knows he's the man. $ talks.

I think Ronnie would be happy about it. Hell, he gets all his money, and he isn't counted on to be this 1500 yard back his first season. He'll split carries with Ricky for two years, then he'll be the man. Don't forget, he can also be a 4th receiver on 3rd downs and what not.

u no, i htink it will motivate brown to work harder and he'll kill ricky to the starting job but share a little time with ricky just cause of who ricky is

Ronnie is already on record as saying that he would not mind it if Ricky comes back. That's he an unselfish player, as he's proven at Auburn and would look forward to playing next to someone who's accomplished what Ricky has at the NFL level. Do I still hate ricky for what he did to us, YES!!!.. but, I can't deny that a Ricky Williams, Ronnie Brown running back tandem is VERY appealing and would improve us that much on offense.. we now (Barring injury) a good trio of WR's, a VERY good TE, and two great running backs, well, Ronnie isn't yet, but he will be.. If Houck can improve the O-line at ALL and Feeley benefits from all this improvement from the O-Line to the WR's and RB's.. then things certainly look good for the future..

A Ronnie Brown/Ricky Williams backfield is appealing until Ricky quits again. Once a quitter, always a quitter. Ricky Williams is a quitter, and I'd rather release him than put his quitting *** back on this team.

Doesnt Ricky still have to serve afour game suspensio. Ronnie will look good in thoose starts and the undersized 195 RW will enter as a travis minor third down back, wait ricky cant catch, ronnie will be an everydown back, i doubt RW would get half the touches ronnie does.
