Browns to go up for Russell, trade w/Raiders?

The article isn't loading for me, but judging by the title of this thread the Browns want to trade up for Russell. That would be shocking. That could then be:
Browns: Russell
Lions: ? (Thomas?)
Oakland: Johnson
TB: ? (trade down maybe?)
That throws a HUGE wrench into everything.

All I know is Quinn is in town today and Russell was here yesterday.

The article is from the Telegraph and says that Randy Lerner has told Savage to trade up and take a franchise QB...that's not what I consider a rumor, at any rate it didn't come from a poster somewhere, it came from an article in the local newspaper ??

I heard this this morning on our big local talk show here in Cleveland WKNR. They all seem to think the Browns will try to move up to #1 and draft Russell.
This would be incredibly stupid on Clevelands part. Trade up for Russell? ARe u kidding me. U don't trade up when either he falls in your lap anyways . . . or u still have a choice of Peterson, Thomas, Quinn or Johnson (well 1 would be missing with the 2nd pick). Cleveland needs to draft either Joe Thomas or AP and if they still suck and if Frye isn't the answer, they can get Brohm next year.
