For those of you who are interested, Toledo plays tonight on ESPN at 8 pm. QB Bruce Gradkowski is slated to be drafted somewhere around the 3rd round or later right now. If the Dolphins don't pick a QB with our first rounder this may be the best QB available in the later rounds. Toledo obviously doesnt get that much air time so this is one of the few times you'll be able to scout this QB who will be playing in the NFL next year

I am a UT student and if I am not mistaken our next couple of games are ok tv. So we should get a pretty good idea of Bruce's skills before the end of this year.

The one thing I love with the guy is how accurate he is. It's a little tough to gauge how his game will translate to the pros because of the scheme they employ. The all star games at the end of the year will determine how high or low he's drafted but up to this point in the college season he's the QB I hope we get

Lets go Toledo. They always seem to have very accurate QB's stat wise because of the style of offense they run with lots of quick screens and short passes so it is hard to judge his overall accuracy. He seems to be a good qb though who has the ability to make plays with his arm as well as his feet when needed.

Yeah. Up to this point in the season I've written off more QBs than I've been impressed by. He's definitely impressed me along with Brady Quinn and obviously Leinart. Still havent watched Croyle. Guess we'll have to wait till the Senior Bowl and games like that to see how he functions in a more traditional offense but as of now I would be thrilled if we got him with a 3rd rounder since it would allow us to load up on offensive linemen or defensive backs

I think Bruce has a very nice long ball and can make all the throws. He is also a very humble and nice guy. My only knock with him is that he is pretty short. He is listed as I believe 6-2? I am 5-9 or 5-10 and he seems only 2-3 inches taller than me.

Other than that I would love to use a late round pick on the guy. He has a good touch on the ball, is extremely athletic, and has a lot of the intangibles you look for at QB.

I know they should be on ESPN2 the Tuesday before Thanksgiving as well. I'll be at that game.

hmmm, I was looking forward to seeing him when Toledo came here to play Fresno State, but I guess he was injured for that game and didn't play.

I like Vince Young if we pick a QB in the 1st, if not than I like Brodie Croyle. I don't know much about Bruce Gradkowski

Very nice thread on one of the better QBs in the draft. Bruce is deffinatley flying under the radar but always seems to be pretty consistent. He has great touch, velocity, and can also run outside of the pocket for gains or to give himself more time to get rid of the ball. I look to see him rising up the way Frye did this year and maybe going in the Early-Mid 2nd round.
