He's a senior at the University of Toledo in case your not familiar. I live in Toledo so I've had the opportunity to see him play for the last three years and watch him develop into a very good QB. I don't have his exact stats but I believe he finished with over a 70% completion percentage and finished his season with 5 TD's in their bowl game with UTEP. As many other MAC QB's have proven in recent years, there conference has the talent to compete at the professional level. Bruce could very well end up being the steal of the draft. If we don't draft a QB early, he may be an option.

I'm on the Bruce bandwagon at this point if the Phins miss on Cutler, or some big defensive playmaker drops to Miami at their pick. Bruce could be gotten in the late 2nd depending on Senior bowl game performances, or combine numbers. I think right now he on no more than a 3rd. Late in the season he was compared to the great MAC QB's and has done well to stay in the respect.

WCO guy, IMO.

I agree. I'm really not impressed with his deep ball. I don't know if it is lack of arm stregth of what but he just don't have that part of his game refined yet. He is a player though, no doubt about it.

UTEP sucks and was very overated.....Average qb but nothing this team needs.

he could be good in the NFL, but not under scott linehan. that doesn't mean we shouldn't draft him if he's a value pick, because linehan won't be here forever
