i think this is one reason we really didn't do well this preseason we were more worried about finding our QB by passing all the time and never really running... we averaged about 18 carriers per game in the preseason, but i think the regular season it'll be more like 30 with our good backs, that'll force more men in the box and help open up the passing game... im still optimistic...

Our running game should be the factor winning ball games for us. thats why frerrotte is the QB, hes just the one whos less likely to make a mistake. thats all.

Anyone else on here think this may be a an unbeilevable rushing team, similar to what Caralina did a couple years back?

If I'm saban, I simply tell everyone on the Offense to punish everyone on the opposing D they can on every play. With Ricky, Ronnie, Morris, and Chatman Just pure smashmouth ram it down their throat till they can't take it anymore then lob a couple over their head (hopefully not overthrowing our WR's) for some points...

I think we will surprize an awful lot of people.

With the quality of QBs we have, we'll HAVE to run the ball 75% of the time to be successful...
