the buccaneers are looking at jeff garcia. not sure why but maybe they're not completely enamored with chis simms. but he would be a good backup. i don't think he can start because he's 37, but of course he did start for the eagles and played well. but he says he wants to stay with the eagles, and the eagles want him to stay. it will depend on how badly tampa wants him.

John clayton talked about it on espn so it could be true, i think it could be a very good move because simms is ok, but has bad games. so i think it would be good to have a quality backup.

Gruden runs a version of the WCO right? If so then it would be a good fit for them.
