If Mix is guilty of this crime he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Mix is an adult, and as such, he KNEW better than to have sex with a 15 year old girl!
Reading your remarks leads me to believe you don't see anything wrong with what Mix is accused of doing? If that is the case, I believe it is pityful. The 15 year old girl is someone's daughter. Sad if true, very, very, sad.

congratulations. you successfully managed to CREATE my opinion for me and proceed to argue against something I never said. you even got someone else to side with you in this artificial argument.
I never said anything about what I think of the situation or the punishment. you should feel sorry for yourself. you just assumed my opinion for me. whether it was actually my opinion or not. you got yourself all in a tizzy over nothing, completely on your own.
by the way, here was my original point that you completely missed.
the article said the sex was consensual, meaning she wanted it. he didn't force her. it also mentioned sodomy, meaning he put it in her butt... and at least one of them was bragging about it.
True sir, which ever side of the story you sit on is your opinion on the subject. But even thought it is consensual on here end, the parts may still press charges as it would be tried as statuatory rape.

Chapter 800.04 Lewd or lascivious offenses committed upon or in the presence of persons less than 16 years of age. Offenders are 18 years of age or older and victims are 12-16 years of age.
Chapter 794 Unlawful sexual activity with certain minors Which involves a person 24 years of age or older being engaged in sexual activity with persons 16 or 17 years of age.
Other laws include
827.071 Sexual Perfomance by a child
827.04 Contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a child
787.025 Luring or enticing a child.

I remember in high school that there were plenty of 14 and 15 year olds that were dating men in their twenties. He must have let someone know he had some money, or else this does not happen.
