Take as much time as needed. Time isnt the important part, getting the right guy is.

Actually, I think time is a factor, or it will be soon, because all these coaches will be looking for assistants. And we don't want to miss out on the best guys available.

I guarantee you Bobby Petrino is already contacting potential candidates for OC, DC, etc. Once Pittsburgh, Arizona, and Oakland hire their guy, we should have hired ours.

Hopefully a couple of weeks before the NFL Combine and preferably before the Senior Bowl. This is will give the new head coach time to put a coaching staff together and time to begin evaluating potential draft picks.
