It is obvious that he along with the entire coaching staff are in waaaaaaaaay over their heads. Time to give somebody else the keys to the car and allow somebody else to shop for the groceries.

Campbell

I was on the Campbell band wagon, but no more. He could of let Lazor go with the rest of the idiots but he didn't. Then every time you turn around he stands around and tells everybody what he's going to do, like emphasis on running the ball. Well what does ever other team do that plays Miami, they game plan against the run. Shut up and don't tell nobody anything. Plus we just have very average to under average players and you can't teach talent or motivation.

Not much he can do. He isn't HC material anyway. Those of us who thought he'd come in and lead the team to the playoffs was foolish.

Lazor is terrible, but realistically you weren't going to change the offensive system as it is so unique to Bill Lazor and nobody was gonna be able to do much with it that was currently on this staff and you certainly weren't gonna completely go in another direction as that is too much for any offense to handle in the middle of the season.

You were basically tied to him and then can gut him after the season. Thats not on Campbell, that is on Philbin/Ross from last season.

Campbell was never a serious candidate to be the full time coach unless he got results. A 2-0 start wasn't gonna change that, he needed 9 or 10 wins, which probably gets him in the playoffs this year.

I thought being a coach was all about charismatic press conferences and a bunch of yelling

Campbell can get up to the podium and act and talk all tough but at the end of the day his team is a bunch of weaklings. Weak minded and physically weak. They all should be wearing a pink skirt.

And people thought I was crazy for demanding Campbell lead Miami to two playoff wins before awarding him the permanent coaching gig.

I'm not going to bash Campbell because it's evident that he is passionate about restoring the winning ways of old to the Dolphins. Unfortunately passion and motivational speeches only go so far and it's clear he's in over his head just by watching his decision making through out games. Maybe in a few years when he gets some seasoning, good luck wherever you go.

He might be a HC down the road when he has more experience. He didn't have a chance here since the team is dog**** with and without him.
