I rather chance on him and his lower salary then cullpepper and his higher salary so we can make more moves with the extra salary

I think he has taken to much heat for some struggles he has had. His one downside is an extreme lack of mobility. I wouldnt trade for him, but if he were to be released and Cam felt like Daunte couldnt be effective and decided to release him, Id be all for picking up Byron.

Since we want to bring in another broken QB (i.e. people mentioning McNabb)How about Joe Theismann?

I think he will do better the culpepper this year and if i recall right he has played in a playoff game also i think two years ago so i be willing to give him a shoot for the best team in florida not jacksonvillie

I think he was run out of town unfairly. He really didn't play that badly when he was on the field, but he was hurt too often. Jacksonville is basically dumping him and letting David Garrard and Quinn Gray battle for the starting spot next year. I don't think you can give up on someone as talented as Leftwich this early in his career.

While he is certainly better than any of the options we currently have on our roster, I don't really wanna see him in Miami. We already have one quarterback with a history or injury problems, I don't really care to add another. Drafting a prospect is the much better option IMO.

If the price is right, i'd be all for it. Big guy, big arm, ton of heart.

I like Leftwich, but he can't stay healthy. I don't like bringing him in. I think Culpepper has more upside than Leftwich. And I think he'll be fine in a BETTER SYSTEM! Watch out for RBezzy. Brown will have a huge year!

Enough with the retreads already. I am with C-Pep until he proves he just doesnt have it anymore.....

Treat Leftwich like crack....just say NO!

But if you let Culpepper go you'd still get a salary cap hit, and if we were to get Leftwich we'd probably have to give up draft picks because I don't think Jacksonville would be stupid enough to cut him when they can get something fairly substantial in return.
