C/WR 1st pick

There was one hell of a thread on here last year lookin at prev BP drafts and how surprising it was the no. of WR he took with high picks.

Mainly he drafted O linemen but i was surprised by the amount of WR drafted.

Bearing this in mind and the fact we are plugging our holes superbly with the signings of Carey, Crowder, Wake and now Wilson and considering the compliments he paid to Akin Ayodole, could it be possible that the trifecta will make play with no.1 pick at C/WR. I would love CB/ILB or young DT, but FA is strong at CB, looks like their happy at ILB and Solai saw more playing time at end of season.

I know call for Centre being drafted is nothing new but looking at how season is panning out, I would not be surprised to see WR drafted.

Its too early for an educated prediction. Free agency will be what dictates what we do. If I had to guess now, i'd say we're drafting either a center or a DB. Fixing that interior offensive line is by far the biggest need, imo. Of course signing Jason Brown would immediately eliminate that need. If we don't draft a center, I think the first rounder goes to defense. We have too many needs there to be overlooked. CB, S, NT, ILB, and possibly even DE and/or OLB all have holes.

if we sign Jake Groves i am really hoping the first pick is Duke Robinson well eather way i want him to be our first pick. but that would sure up our line for a long time

I really wouldn't be surprised to see us get a WR at 25 with the way things are shaping up.

Maybe get someone like Macho Harris in the 2nd round?

im just saying look at BP history in the draft, i was massively surprisd at the amount of WR he takes early. Considering our roster and the fact we made no big play for a WR and the fact we are rumoured to be interested in J Grove, i think it cld be happening.
