Down the road, I don't want to see another Tuna/Ireland situation where no one knows who was responsible for what in the draft.

Dennis Hickey is responsible for the talent evaluation that has happened leading up to this draft. I'm choosing him as the hero or fall guy in this years draft.

I'm placing the blame or accolades at the feet of Tannenbaum, because I don't believe for a second Hickey has final say. Also, I don't want a situation where he escapes blame for a draft if it goes south and Hickey is ousted.

Tannenbaum is at the top of totem pole and he should be held accountable, success or failure.
